Hi, I’m Bryan Barrow, project management speaker and the creator of the INDEX CARD PLANNING system that I’ve used to help companies of all kinds deliver their projects better, faster or not at all.

I’ve been working as an international speaker for the past 10 years and in that time I’ve delivered keynotes, plenary sessions, workshops and masterclasses. I also chair panel- and round-table discussions, interview speakers and delegates and run icebreaker sessions. Here are a few examples of the kind of work that I do:
- I’ve been Conference Hostand Chair for Stamford Global’s Project Zone Congress for the past four years. I’ve also hosted their Nordic Project Zone for the past three years.

Project Kickoff Workshop Expert
I’m the author of The Project Planning Workshop Handbook. I wrote this book when I realised there were so many people out there who were unsure how to kick off a new project. The book is based on my Index Card Planning method. It’s one of several systems that I devised to help me accomplish my personal and business goals. Now I’m sharing these systems with others.

In addition to speaking I also provide project management training. I teach people how to run an effective project kickoff workshop by becoming better facilitators. I also run a project management coaching programme aimed at people looking to develop their project leadership skills.
